Architect

We are seeking for a talented and creative Female Architect with 2 to 3 years experience in commercial projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing commercial building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop innovative architectural designs for commercial projects in line with client needs and project goals.
Create detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations using architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
Prepare and present project proposals, including concept designs and feasibility studies.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to bring innovative solutions to projects.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
2 to 3 years of proven experience in commercial architecture.
Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
Excellent creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
