Call Center Agent

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of call center experience and be fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. This position requires handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Provide troubleshooting assistance, resolve complaints, and offer solutions to customer issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Handle escalated calls with patience and professionalism.
Meet or exceed performance goals, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance standards.
Collaborate with team members and managers to improve customer service processes.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (both spoken and written).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
