BIG Ventures Inc is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to play a crucial role in driving traffic and revenue through effective paid marketing campaigns. In this position, you will manage and optimize campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and emerging social media channels. Your expertise in data analysis will be vital in creating email funnels and refining the customer journey, ensuring our marketing efforts yield measurable results. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our digital presence and impact on potential customers. Ideally, candidates should possess at least two years of relevant experience in managing paid media campaigns, demonstrating a clear return on investment. This role does not involve managing a team, allowing you to focus on honing your craft and delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities

  • Strategize, plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Meta, X, TikTok, and Google.
  • Design and implement effective email sequences aimed at nurturing new leads, recovering abandoned carts, and re-engaging previous customers using Klayvio.
  • Generate compelling metadata and develop engaging blog content to enhance search engine marketing (SEM) efforts.
  • Conduct daily reviews of performance metrics and provide comprehensive analytics reports to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze user flow to identify friction points in the user interface (UI) and messaging, proposing actionable solutions for improvement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to reduce cost-per-acquisition over time, maximizing marketing efficiency.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, utilizing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, UTM tracking, and UXCam.
  • Collaborate with team members to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives, fostering a unified approach to customer engagement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards that track campaign performance, providing insights to inform future strategies.
