Performance Marketing Specialist

We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to run paid campaigns that drive traffic and revenue. You’ll manage Meta and Google Ads, create email funnels, and help optimize our customer journey from first click to conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategize, plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, X, TikTok, Google).
Build email sequences for new leads, abandoned carts, and re-engagement on Klayvio.
Create relevant metadata within our relevant sectors as well as create backend engaging blog posts for heightened SEM.
Review daily and report on the analytics overview.
Follow user flow and ensure the UI and messaging is clear or, if not, find the problem spots and how we can improve.
Monitor KPIs and improve cost-per-acquisition over time.

Qualifications:

2+ years running paid media campaigns with clear ROI.
Experience with ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads), email tools (Klaviyo).
Strong analytical and testing mindset.
Comfortable using analytics platforms (GA4, UTM tracking, UXCam, dashboards).
