Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Support:

Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Maintain accurate employee records (both electronic and physical), ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Assist in preparing and issuing employment contracts, job descriptions, and other HR-related documentation.
Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Assist in performance management processes, including preparing reports and tracking key metrics.
Ensure employee queries related to benefits, policies, and workplace issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
Manage office supplies, inventory, and ensure the workplace is properly organized and maintained.
Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements for management and employees.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; ensure timely responses and proper documentation.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
Maintain a safe, secure, and effective working environment.
Ensure comppeliance with local labor laws and organizational policies.
Monitor and ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the company.
Assist with audits and statutory requirements as needed.

Employee Relations:

Foster a positive work culture by addressing employee concerns and providing solutions to workplace challenges.
Organize and participate in employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
