Bin Tayyab is seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated HR Generalist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of human resources functions and a strong commitment to advancing workplace culture and employee engagement. This role involves executing various HR activities, primarily focusing on recruitment and selection, employee relations, and training and development programs. The HR Generalist plays a crucial part in ensuring that the organization remains compliant with local labor laws and contributes to a healthy work environment. Although this position does not require managing a team, the HR Generalist will collaborate closely with various departments to support their HR-related needs and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Administer the hiring process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection of qualified candidates.
  • Develop and maintain employee relations by providing support and guidance to employees, addressing inquiries, and resolving conflicts within the workplace.
  • Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Maintain, update, and manage HR records and databases effectively to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new hires to acclimate them to the company culture and policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices that enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide necessary feedback and support for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations to ensure the organization's compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
  • Compile and analyze HR metrics, providing insights to enhance workforce planning and decision-making.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive organizational culture through various HR activities.
