PKR. 80,000 - 100,000/Month
Oversees the execution of the water treatment maintenance contract, ensuring timely delivery, compliance, and coordination with the client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics, including transportation and hotel reservations for staff during annual maintenance visits.
- Schedule and document all work to minimize interference with facility operations, providing updated schedules upon request.
- Serve as the primary liaison with the client for all technical and contractual matters.
- Ensure compliance with the firm fixed price contract terms, including pricing, insurance, and quality control processes.
- Submit 10 customer references of similar scope and value as part of the proposal.
- Oversee the quality control process, including water quality testing and photographic documentation, and allow client access for auditing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in water treatment or facility maintenance.
- Strong organizational and communication skills in English
- Occupational health and safety training certification.
- Proven ability to manage logistics and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
