Oversee daily cargo operations, ensuring efficiency and safety.
Process and distribute Daily Cargo Manifest Report (DCMR).
Supervise and manage cargo staff.
Handle bookings for various cargo products (general, Pharma LIFT, human remains) in compliance with safety and electronic documentation standards.
Ensure proper handling, packaging, and labeling of cargo.
Manage and verify cargo documentation (e.g., manifests, shipping records).
Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
Resolve operational issues and discrepancies.
Serve as the point of contact for cargo-related communication.
Train and guide junior staff on cargo handling procedures.
