Key Responsibilities:
- Enter expense transactions manually into the company’s custom accounting system.
- Review processed data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and maintain high quality standards.
- Communicate with clients to resolve queries and respond to requests through email and other communication channels.
- Analyze customer data to generate insights that support improved conversion rates and business growth.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to achieve and sustain a quality target of 98%.
Required Qualifications:

This is a full-time position based in the Karachi office, requiring in-person attendance. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 3 PM to 12 AM, and Saturday from 4 PM to 10 PM. Candidates with at least one year of bookkeeping experience are preferred. Upon successful completion of the six-month traineeship, there is an opportunity for permanent employment as an Associate.
