Branch Manager - Stock Brokerage

Darson Securities Limited, a licensed Securities Broker and TREC Holder of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited with corporate membership at the Pakistan Mercantile Exchange Limited, operates multiple offices nationwide. We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Manager to lead one of our stock brokerage branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing client relationships, and overseeing a team of brokers and support staff. This role demands strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of capital markets, and hands-on experience in stock brokerage services.

Key Responsibilities:
Branch Operations Management: Manage daily branch activities including trading operations, client servicing, and compliance. Ensure efficient and compliant execution of equity trades and financial transactions while maintaining high operational standards and customer satisfaction.

Business Development & Sales: Formulate and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets and enhance revenue. Acquire new clients and retain existing ones by providing exceptional service. Actively promote investment products and brokerage services to individual and institutional clients.

Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Maintain strict adherence to regulations set by SECP, PSX, and NCCPL. Conduct regular internal audits and ensure comprehensive documentation of KYC and AML procedures. Monitor risk exposure and apply controls to minimize operational and financial risks.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise branch staff including dealers, sales representatives, and operations personnel. Conduct performance reviews and identify training opportunities to support team growth. Foster a culture of integrity, high performance, and client-focused service.

Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients. Resolve client issues and inquiries promptly and professionally. Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for upselling.

Reporting & Coordination: Prepare and submit regular reports to Head Office covering branch performance, sales results, compliance status, and market developments. Collaborate with other branches and departments to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in stock brokerage or financial services.
- Solid knowledge of equity markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with an established client network.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Professional certifications such as CFA, IFMP modules, or other capital market-related credentials are advantageous.
- Demonstrated high ethical standards and professional integrity.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
- Familiarity with online trading platforms and regulatory portals including CDC, NCCPL, and PSX.
- This is a full-time, in-person position based at the branch office.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs50,000.
