BAT SRI LANKA IS LOOKING FOR A TRADE MARKETING EXECUTIVE TAMIL SPEAKING

JOB TITLE: Trade Marketing Executive Tamil Speaking

FUNCTION: Marketing

LOCATION: Sri Lanka

SENIORITY LEVEL: Non- Management

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

We are looking for candidates who can excel in a performance-driven role, where they will be responsible for developing Trade Marketing plans, motivating the sales team, and fostering strong partnerships with trade associates. The selected individuals will be tasked with managing territories across the entire island.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Take ownership of performance across the territory and maintain strong retailer relationships to achieve sales targets.
Plan visits to retailers, answer their questions and concerns.
Implement brand and trade cycle activities to achieve company objectives.
Ensure product availability to meet market demand by managing inventory levels and attaining brand distribution goals.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Completion of either a full or partial qualification in CIM/SLIM or a Business Management Degree.
Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
A proactive and self-motivated personality striving for high-performance results. A track record of at least 1.5 years in a similar role.
Possession of a valid driver's license.
Fluency in the Tamil language is a prerequisite.
