British American Tobacco Hungary has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Finance Manager in Pecs!

Your key responsibilities will include:

Supports the management of the Production Organization by clarifying their decisions, financial activities, and business impacts.
Provides support in particular for the preliminary analysis and provision of cost plans related to staffing plans, as well as for strategic and corporate planning processes.
Ensures that financial processes are working well to ensure that the financial performance of the entire Production Organization is at an appropriate level.
Coordinates financial processes (planning, monthly cost reporting, KPI monitoring, performance evaluation etc.) as Finance Business Partner and continuously looks for improvement potentials
Ensures compliance with legal and internal rules.
Ensures financial controls on inventory management
Provides financial support for any ongoing production project as needed Monitors the implementation of projects as requested.
Ensures that project proposals meet business interests.
Realization and fulfilment of business goals during the entire project life cycle .
Managing and motivating the whole financial team.

What are we looking for?

University degree (Msc in Economics)
Controlling Knowledge
Minimum 5 years experience in finance
Fluent English & Hungarian (verbal and written)
Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Analytical skills
Leadership competencies
Decision making skills
Proactivity

Advantage if you have:

Qualification as an accountant
SAP knowledge
Experience in inventory management and SOx controls
