British American Tobacco Poland has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Strategy and Content Manager (Consumer Experience) in Warsaw

Your key responsibilities will include:

CONSUMER EXPERIENCE STRATEGY:

  • Develop strategy for multi category omni channel consumer engagement, ensuring consumers acquisition, conversion and loyalisation, strong brand-building impact
  • Develop and improve digital consumer journeys working together with Area and local digital teams
  • Use data analytics and consumer insights to advise and refine CX strategies. Monitor performance in markets to anticipate needs and improve the customer journey
  • Create multi category cycle plan synergies across CE to remove duplication of efforts, enable better resource allocation and planning
  • Work closely with Area and local digital teams to ensure alignment and harmony in digital consumer journeys. Facilitate regular communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop a centralized planning calendar to optimize resource allocation and avoid duplication of efforts. Use project management tools to track progress and ensure efficient execution.
  • Ensure the consistent deployment of key projects (Gold & Silver) across CE through meticulous planning and coordination with the planning team.
  • Support markets by establishing KPIs to track project success and identify areas for improvement.

CONSUMER EXPERIENCE CONTENT:

  • Develop a robust digital content strategy that supports brand objectives and resonates with target audiences. Plan and supervise the creation of engaging, high-quality content across all digital channels.
  • Lead the internal content agency (BEAT) to produce compelling content. Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all markets.
  • Responsible from area digital content development while handling BEAT, internal content agency. Toolkit development for CE markets as per the brand and cx strategy
  • Create and maintain toolkits and guidelines for content creation to ensure uniformity and adherence to brand standards across CE markets.

TEAM LEADERSHIP:

  • Lead and develop the CX Strategy and Content team, providing training and development opportunities. Cultivate a collaborative and innovative team culture.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for the team. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Continuously improve the integration of BEAT team with the organization to improve retention and also support business results

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Marketing positions in similar environment with people leadership
  • Experience in defining strategies and translating it into operational plans as well as engagement of teams (within own function and across other functions) to drive effective and efficient deployment
  • Experience in translating Brand KPIs into D2C tools
  • Project Management

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

  • Ability to navigate with high impact in matrix environment
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Strong ability to connect consumer insights (needs, segmentation, purchasing behaviours) with commercial insights (ROI of promotional activities, cost per consumer acquisition, etc.)
  • Strong ability to develop team of managers and specialists with high commercial acumen, using multi-layer data and analytical tools to build effective business strategies
  • Shown strategic thinking, analyzing critical factors and variables to influence long-term success and business growth
  • Proven track record of collaboration, negotiation inspiring change across a matrix organization and among diverse cultures
  • Effective communication and presentation skills within international environment
  • Ability to lead and deliver end-to-end projects with tenacity and purpose
  • Resilient, flexible, and confident to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

  • Strong proficiency in English and another CE (Central Europe) language required.
  • University degree or equivalent experience with Business, Marketing or similar
