We’re seeking a qualified Sales representative to sell our products and services that our customers depend on. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the sales process and excel at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. A quick learner with strong negotiation skills should be able to effectively showcase our offerings. This role involves delivering presentations, attending events, and participating in trade shows, the sales representative must be both personable and professional.

Key Objectives:

  • Represent our products and services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers.
  • Meet sales quotas by executing effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Generate leads and foster relationships through organized outreach to existing and potential customers.
  • Use data analysis to create and adjust territory action plans, refining sales techniques based on real-time results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients, delivering exceptional service and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Identify and qualify prospects, schedule appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls and manage the sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge, conduct demos, and handle objections.
  • Prepare accurate reports, proposals, and presentations for executive-level discussions.
  • Achieve sales targets by understanding client needs and using a structured selling process.
  • Collaborate with other sales representatives to ensure quotas and standards are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5 years of sales experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing.
  • Preferred past experience of construction chemicals or paint companies as a sales representative.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales management software.
  • Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer events.
