Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership:

    • Lead, motivate, and inspire all teams to achieve performance targets and deliver outstanding performance.
    • Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.

  2. Operational Excellence:

    • Oversee daily operations of all the teams, ensuring optimal staffing levels, adherence to quality standards, and efficient handling.
    • Implement strategies to maximize productivity and streamline processes.

  3. Performance Metrics:

    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess individual and team performance.
    • Develop action plans based on performance data to improve future performance.

  4. Training and Development:

  •  Coordinate and conduct training sessions for new and existing team members to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate into training programs.

           Communication and Collaboration:

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Liaise with other departments to address cross-functional issues and ensure effective communication channels.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of operational experience as a Floor Manager
  • Proven experience as a Floor Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
