We are looking for a results-driven SME Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth by acquiring new SME clients and offering tailored ICT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential SME clients for ICT solutions including CIR, Managed WiFi, SD-WAN, Surveillance, Cybersecurity, Cloud (SaaS/PaaS), and SIP for call centres.
  • Conduct market research and generate leads via cold calling, networking, events, and in-house referrals.
  • Understand client business processes to recommend efficiency-driven, cost-effective ICT solutions.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline; create proposals and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Follow up on marketing and website-generated leads to convert into business opportunities.
  • Address client concerns, offer consultative solutions, and maintain long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in telecom or IT solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English and Urdu.
  • Adaptable, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented.
