Must experience in paint industry
Actively seek out new sales opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Promote and sell the company's products or services.
Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions to address them.
Prepared and delivered sales presentations to potential clients.
Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Fullfil Sale targets and recovery target
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements and contracts.
Close sales deals efficiently and professionally.
Provide regular sales reports to management regarding progress and challenges.
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
Must experience in paint industry
Ensure all sales documentation is compliant with company policies.
