Call Center Agent / Customer Service Representative (CSR)

The role requires engaging customers professionally and clearly in English, ensuring effective communication at all times. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to clients located in the United States, representing the company with professionalism.
- Communicate fluently and clearly in English during all customer interactions.
- Follow company guidelines and scripts while handling customer inquiries and feedback.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets as established by management.
- Accurately document call outcomes and customer responses for reporting purposes.

Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English is essential to ensure smooth communication with international clients.
- Educational qualifications can range from Matriculation and Intermediate to Bachelor’s degree holders. Fresh candidates with strong English skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates should reside near Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, or be willing to commute to this location regularly.
