Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Attending Incoming Calls landing on UAN from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on all working days.

2. Maintaining Complaints & Queries log accordingly.

3. Routing them to the relevant departments/teams.

4. Responding back to the complaints within TAT.

Experience: Fresher to 1 year

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
