As a Sales Executive Agent, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring efficient communication between our organization and its clients. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products or services. Key Responsibilities:

- Conflict Resolution: Handle challenging situations and irate customers with patience and professionalism, aiming to de-escalate conflicts and find resolutions.
- Timeliness: Meet performance metrics, such as call handling time, response time, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share best practices and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing priorities and assist with other tasks or projects as needed.

Qualifications:
