We are seeking a highly motivated Marketplace Specialist to manage and optimize our presence on platforms like Amazon, eBay, B&Q, and more. This role involves overseeing product listings, managing inventory, driving sales growth, and ensuring account optimization for visibility, conversions, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of product listings across multiple online marketplaces.
Create and optimize product listings with engaging titles, descriptions, and images aligned with platform guidelines.
Maintain accurate pricing, inventory, and shipping details.
Optimize product content for SEO to improve visibility and rankings.
Monitor marketplace performance, including sales, reviews, and ratings, and implement strategies to boost traffic and conversions.
Analyze competitor listings and promotions to remain competitive.
Manage marketplace-specific marketing campaigns, promotions, and discounts.
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.
Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to manage stock levels, orders, and returns.
Track KPIs and provide reports on sales, ROI, and marketplace performance.
Troubleshoot order issues, customer concerns, and account suspensions.
Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and tools to improve performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience managing accounts on major marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, B&Q).
Strong knowledge of eCommerce best practices, SEO, and content optimization.
Familiarity with marketplace advertising tools (e.g., Amazon Sponsored Products).
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel and inventory management processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with marketplaces like Etsy or Alibaba.
Familiarity with tools like Shopify or ChannelAdvisor.
Knowledge of A/B testing, PPC campaigns, and basic HTML/CSS.
