You will work closely with a team of 10 professionals, guiding them in various SEO tasks and ensuring that every campaign aligns with our overall digital marketing objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing content, conducting keyword research, and analyzing performance metrics to refine our approach continuously.
Responsibilities

Conduct detailed keyword research to identify high-ranking terms, assess competition, and find areas for optimization.
Implement on-page optimization strategies including meta tag creation, header adjustments, and optimizing web content for search engines.
Analyze website structure and performance to identify technical SEO issues and recommend solutions.
Utilize Google Analytics to monitor traffic trends, user behaviors, and campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Perform regular SEO audits to evaluate site performance and ensure compliance with best practices.
Stay informed about the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and tools to continuously enhance SEO efforts.
Lead and manage a team of 10 SEO professionals, providing training, support, and mentorship to improve their skills and performance.
Coordinate with content creators to deliver SEO-friendly content that engages users and drives conversions.
Analyze competitors' SEO strategies and provide insights for the development of competitive advantages.
Generate detailed reports on SEO performance metrics and present findings to upper management.
Collaborate with web developers and designers to ensure alignment on SEO best practices during site development and updates.
