Chatpandas is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has strong skills in sales management and customer relationship management, combined with expertise in lead generation and market research. This role focuses on strengthening our market presence through targeted outreach and establishing valuable connections with potential customers. The successful applicant will display a deep understanding of using lead generation tools, particularly on platforms such as Upwork and LinkedIn, to generate new business opportunities. Although this position does not require team management, collaboration with various departments will be essential for driving growth and ensuring the successful implementation of initiatives.
Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify new trends and business opportunities.
Develop and maintain a robust customer relationship management system to track leads and manage follow-ups.
Utilize lead generation tools, including Upwork and LinkedIn, to identify potential clients and secure new business.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company's offerings and value proposition.
Draft clear and persuasive proposal responses to bid requests on Upwork, ensuring compliance with client specifications.
Analyze competitors and perform SWOT analyses to refine sales strategies and improve market positioning.
Engage in effective communication with prospective clients, following up on inquiries and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business development strategies with overall company objectives.
Report regularly on sales performance, lead generation progress, and market insights to senior management.
Maintain up-to-date records of business development activities and results in the CRM system.
