We are looking for a Zonal Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Punjab region ]and drive business growth through effective sales strategies, customer relationships, and team management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of the frozen food industry in Pakistan.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve zone-wise sales targets, expand customer base, and increase market share.
2. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their sales targets, and provide training and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
3. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers, to increase sales and customer loyalty.
4. Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market data, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, customer acquisition, and market share growth, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
6. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage and control sales expenses, including travel, entertainment, and promotional activities, to ensure they are within budget and aligned with company policies.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience: At least 5 years of sales experience in the frozen food industry, with a proven track record of sales success and team management.
3. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
4. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the frozen food industry in Pakistan, including market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
5. Language: Fluency in English and Urdu, with knowledge of regional languages an advantage.
