We are looking for a seasoned CFO to oversee all financial and other strategic aspects of our organization, including financial planning, taxation cashflow management, costing, budgeting, forecasting, reporting etc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and compliance
Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions
Develop and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders
Provide strategic guidance on mergers, acquisitions, etc.
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
Manage Company level taxation and corporate affairs

Requirements:

Qualified CA/ACCA or equivalent degree
Minimum 13-15 years of experience preferably in the textile industry
Proven track record of leadership and strategic financial management
Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, laws, and standards
Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle etc.) and financial software environment
Experience in textile spinning mills or related industries
Familiarity with Pakistani tax laws and regulations
