Tangent Technologies is looking for a bilingual Customer Support Representative fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English to join their team in Islamabad. Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support in Mandarin and English across various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat. Assist customers by addressing inquiries related to services, processes, and account management. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions within the support system. Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Translate or adapt communications as needed to effectively serve Chinese-speaking customers. Strive to deliver thorough and professional solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English is essential. Previous experience as a Customer Support Representative, ideally with Mandarin language support, is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to engage effectively with customers and team members. Candidates must be able to work full-time on-site at the Islamabad office located in sector I9/3. A problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a genuine customer focus are critical for success in this role.
