- Promote and sell our range of cream cakes and other food products to retail and wholesale customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
- Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery coordination.
- Attend food expos, local events, or sampling activities when required.
- Handle basic customer service tasks and respond to inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Maintain product knowledge and keep up-to-date with new offerings and seasonal items.
