We are a fast-growing software house that provides cutting-edge solutions to clients across various industries. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team and help us manage our growing workforce. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, performance management, employee development, compliance, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's business objectives and culture.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Develop and implement employee development and training programs to help employees grow and develop their skills.
  • Manage the performance management process, including setting performance expectations, monitoring employee performance, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Manage employee relations and address employee concerns and grievances to ensure a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, and manage legal issues related to employees.
  • Manage the company's compensation and benefits programs, including salaries, bonuses, health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports to provide insights on key HR metrics, such as employee turnover, engagement, and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 ymonths in a management role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in recruiting and hiring technical talent is a plus.
  • Experience in a software house or technology company is a plus.
