Circuit and System Control/Software Development

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and test control software using languages such as C, C++, C#, Python, MATLAB/Simulink, VC++, and Java.
- Develop and maintain software algorithms specifically tailored for manufacturing automation systems.
- Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC systems to ensure smooth integration with manufacturing equipment, improving both efficiency and reliability.
- Develop and integrate circuit and control systems that support advanced manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
- Perform simulations using MATLAB/Simulink to validate and refine system designs.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure all systems comply with manufacturing standards and quality requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation for all developed software and systems.
- Present progress updates and technical findings clearly to stakeholders and team members.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; candidates with less than a 4-year college diploma are encouraged to apply.
- At least 6 years of professional experience in circuit and control system development.
- Proficiency in programming languages including C, C++, C#, Python, MATLAB/Simulink, VC++, and Java.
- Strong experience in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Familiarity with manufacturing industry standards and relevant tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to produce clear technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Candidates who have achieved JLPT N5, N4, or higher levels of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test will be given priority and directly shortlisted. Applicants without Japanese language skills but with a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
