Sales Executive - Tourism

Salary Range: 35,000 - 45,000
Shift Timing: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Work Days: Monday to Saturday

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our call center team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about travel and tourism who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries about tourism packages.
Design customized itineraries and travel plans based on client preferences.
Manage hotel bookings and ensure all accommodations are arranged as per the client’s needs.
Organize and coordinate day tours and multi-day excursions.
Provide end-to-end support to ensure clients have a memorable and hassle-free vacation experience.
Compile and submit weekly and monthly reports on leads provided, conversions achieved, and overall sales performance.
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities related to the role as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or reporting, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in tools like Excel or similar software.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requests efficiently.
Passion for travel and knowledge of popular tourist destinations.
