Job Overview

The HR Executive will play a critical role in fulfilling hiring needs, managing the workforce, ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate would have experience in multiple facets such as recruitment, employee relations, and operations. The role is based out of Islamabad, Pakistan.

Responsibilities

Recruitment and Staffing

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with line managers and C9 parent office partners to define job requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Execute the hiring process from sourcing to selecting and extending the offer to fruition.

Onboarding and Orientation

  • Facilitate onboarding process including providing necessary resources and orientation of policies and processes.

Policy Development and Legal Compliance

  • Develop relevant policies for leaves, expense management, grievance management, and other processes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant local labour laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of employees including contracts, permits, and work-related documents that meet legal and reporting obligations.

Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employees to address concerns and queries.
  • Promote a positive work environment, resolve conflicts, and encourage open communication.

Benefits and Compensation

  • Compile salary packages that meet the industry standards and coordinate with HQ as needed.
  • Administer benefits such as health insurance, end-of-service benefits, and other staff incentive programs.
  • Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.

Others

  • Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for staff.
  • Any other reasonable responsibilities as directed by the Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR Management, or related fields.
  • 5-7 years of work experience in IT Industry.
  • HR Certifications (e.g., PHR, SRM-CP, CIPD) is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of the local labour laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft suite and HRMIS for employee record management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills for record keeping.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
