We are looking for a dynamic and experienced SAP DataSphere Lead to join our team. As the SAP DataSphere Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of SAP DataSphere solutions within the organization. You will play a key role in driving data management strategies, enabling data-driven decision-making, and ensuring the seamless integration of SAP DataSphere with other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Implementation:
- Lead the design and architecture of SAP DataSphere solutions for data integration, governance, and analytics.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of SAP DataSphere, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
Data Integration & Management:
- Guide teams in integrating data from multiple sources (on-premise, cloud, SAP, and third-party systems) into SAP DataSphere.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across the enterprise.
- Develop data governance frameworks and best practices for data management.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for SAP DataSphere-related inquiries and project updates.
- Collaborate with business, IT, and data engineering teams to deliver solutions that meet both functional and technical requirements.
- Lead and mentor a team of data engineers and analysts in the use of SAP DataSphere.
Optimization & Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and optimize the performance of SAP DataSphere solutions to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Identify and resolve any performance issues related to data workflows, integration, or analysis.
Training & Support:
- Provide training to internal teams on SAP DataSphere tools and features, ensuring self-sufficiency.
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users.
Innovation & Best Practices:
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in SAP DataSphere and data management technologies.
- Implement innovative practices to optimize data processes and enhance overall system performance.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in SAP data management, data integration, and analytics roles.
- Hands-on experience with SAP DataSphere (formerly SAP Data Intelligence) and its related tools (Data Hub, Data Orchestration, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SAP data management solutions such as SAP BW, SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA, and other enterprise data platforms.
- Experience with data governance, data security, and best practices for managing large datasets.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data pipeline development.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and SAP cloud platforms.
- Experience with data visualization tools like SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL, Java) and working with APIs for data integration.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Leadership experience in managing data projects and leading teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP certification(s) in SAP DataSphere or related SAP data solutions.
Experience in agile methodologies and project management.
Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence as applied to data management.
