We’re looking for a Customer Success Executive to be the face of the Club — someone energetic, organized, and people-focused who ensures every guest has a smooth, welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests & members with a professional, friendly attitude
Manage court bookings, walk-ins, and payments (via WhatsApp & in person)
Coordinate with operations, event, and coaching teams
Maintain the front-desk area, manage guest flow, and ensure smooth daily operations
Build relationships with regular players and corporate clients
Handle basic customer feedback, inquiries, and issue resolution
Support events, tournaments, and collaborations when needed
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English & Urdu
Confident personality and customer-first attitude
Prior experience in hospitality, gyms, clubs, or front-desk operations preferred
Ability to multitask under pressure
Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and POS systems
