We are seeking proactive and skilled individuals experienced in bidding on Upwork Bidder / Freelance Proposal Specialist to join our team. Your main role will be to find relevant projects, submit persuasive proposals, manage client communications, and convert leads into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly search for and identify relevant projects on Upwork and Freelancer.
- Craft tailored, professional, and compelling proposals for each project.
- Manage client conversations from initial engagement through the awarding of projects.
- Coordinate with the internal team (developers, designers, marketers) to assess project requirements and feasibility.
- Maintain and update a detailed record of submitted proposals, follow-ups, client responses, and conversions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience bidding successfully on Upwork and Freelancer.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent proposal writing and persuasion skills.
- Ability to quickly understand technical requirements and discuss project scopes confidently.
- Good organization, follow-up skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or Excel for tracking bid records is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of experience working with freelance marketplaces.
- Past experience winning projects in categories such as Web Development, Digital Marketing, Design, SEO, or Mobile Applications.
Compensation Structure (Recommended):
- Base Salary + Attractive Commission per successful project.
- Example: Base salary of PKR 40,000 - 90,000/month + commission (2-10% of each project value).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 – Rs 90,000.00 per month
