We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive business growth. You will manage our social media platforms, create compelling content, and analyze performance metrics to optimize our social media efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create and schedule engaging content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, aligned with the brand’s voice and goals.
  • Manage and monitor social media accounts, ensuring timely responses to comments, messages, and interactions with followers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure social media efforts align with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or native platform insights, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain the brand’s competitive edge.
  • Run paid social media ads and manage budgets, targeting specific demographics to increase reach and conversions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and online communities to promote brand awareness and collaboration.
  • Monitor competitors’ social media activity and suggest improvements for ongoing campaigns.
  • Report on the effectiveness of social media strategies and adjust tactics as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.) and analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of paid advertising on social media platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Experience in community management and influencer relations.
