We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) specializing in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram, etc.) to lead our paid media strategy. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Google Ads, performance marketing, and customer retargeting to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. DMM will be responsible for executing and optimizing paid media campaigns, analyzing data, and scaling campaigns while maintaining a cost-effective acquisition strategy.

Duties & Responsibilities

1       Develop, execute, and optimize high-performance ad campaigns across Facebook & Instagram;

2       Continuously refine targeting, creative, and bidding strategies to maximize ROAS;

3       Implement and manage lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and retargeting strategies;

4       Create and manage Google Search, Display, and YouTube Ads to complement Meta campaigns;

5       A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates;

6       Analyze attribution models and track customer journeys across platforms;

7       Implement data-driven remarketing campaigns using CRM and first-party data;

8       Work closely with creative and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives.

9       Track, measure, and report on campaign performance;

10    Leverage Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and third-party tracking tools for deep insights;

11    Optimize campaigns based on data insights, ensuring cost-efficient growth;

12    Allocate and manage advertising budgets efficiently across platforms;

13    Identify new growth opportunities in paid media and implement test-and-learn strategies;

14    Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices;

Qualifications & Experience

  • BBA or MBA in Marketing
  • Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience as a digital marketer or in a similar capacity

Skills, Knowledge & Competencies

  • Proven track record in performance marketing, customer acquisition, and retargeting.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and attribution models.
  • Ability to create, analyze, and optimize A/B tests for continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of funnel optimization and customer behavior analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Candidates must provide case studies demonstrating past success in Meta Ads & Google Ads.
  • Strong preference for candidates who have scaled ad budgets efficiently while maintaining low CAC.
