This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive based in Lahore. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, providing excellent customer service, and supporting customers throughout their purchasing journey. Daily tasks include tracking sales activities, maintaining customer databases, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales
- Experience in Customer Support
- Excellent telephone etiquette and persuasive abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in telesales or a related field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
