We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven TeleSales Representative (TSRs) to join our dynamic sales team. As a TSR, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored recommendations to meet those needs.
  • Build rapport with customers to establish trust and confidence in our offerings.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
  • Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals.
