Assistant Manager Quality Assurance Washing

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 11 individuals to ensure high standards of quality assurance in the washing department.
Oversee the washing recipe formulation, ensuring consistency and adherence to company specifications.
Conduct thorough quality checks on all washing processes and outputs to guarantee compliance with quality standards.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for team members on quality assurance practices and washing processes.
Analyze and interpret quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement within the washing operations.
Implement corrective actions and quality control measures based on audit findings and quality assessments.
Collaborate with production teams to address any quality issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
Stay updated on best practices and advancements in washing processes and quality assurance methodologies.
Ensure effective communication within the team and across departments to promote a culture of quality awareness.
Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting key metrics and achievements within the washing department.
