Sr. Assistant Manager Marketing

Cotton Web Limited is seeking a highly driven and experienced Sr. Assistant Manager Marketing to oversee our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. In this role, you will lead a team of five marketing professionals, implementing effective marketing strategies that align with the company's goals. You will coordinate various aspects of product development, manage the brands image, and ensure that marketing projects are executed smoothly and effectively. You should possess a strong background in marketing strategy, project management, and financial analysis, and be comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Your role is critical in maintaining the quality and timely delivery of marketing materials while leveraging data-driven insights to enhance overall performance.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that support the company's brand objectives and increase market reach.
Coordinate with merchandisers for the seamless development of new product samples and ensure alignment with brand standards.
Oversee the procurement of fabrics, trims, and wash developments essential for effective sample production.
Ensure the timely dispatch of samples by maintaining strict timelines and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
Monitor and follow up on pending reports related to trims, ensuring all processes adhere to the established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Collaborate closely with production teams to meet customer timelines and specific requirements, facilitating a smooth workflow.
Conduct daily meetings with the team to review project targets, assess progress, and strategize on the next steps to achieve marketing goals.
Utilize financial analysis and asset management tools to assess the marketing budget and forecast future expenditures.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and ERP systems for data analysis and reporting, ensuring informed decision-making throughout all marketing processes.
Strengthen internal communication by collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Mentor, motivate, and manage a team of five individuals to ensure high performance and drive continuous improvement within the marketing department.
