Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable back-end systems.
- Optimize databases and improve system performance.
- Integrate middleware technologies (e.g., Redis, RabbitMQ).
- Collaborate with front-end teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Write clean, efficient code and contribute to system architecture.
Technical Skills:
- Languages: Proficiency in Java, Python, C#, Go, or Node.js (Go preferred).
- Frameworks: Experience with Spring Boot, Django, Flask, Express.
- Databases: Strong skills in MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB.
- Middleware: Familiarity with Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka.
- Version Control: Proficient in Git.
Experience:
- Junior: min 1 year of experience.
- Intermediate: 1-3 years of relevant back-end development experience.
- Senior: 3-5 years, with expertise in system architecture and design.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- English proficiency for reading and understanding technical documentation.
Preferred:
- Experience with distributed systems.
