We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily operations of the housekeeping department, including rooms, public areas, and laundry.
Lead and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Inspect rooms and public areas regularly to ensure standards are maintained.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and uniforms.
Coordinate with maintenance and front office teams for seamless guest service.
Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
Prepare and manage housekeeping budgets and expenses.
Qualifications:
Experience in Hotel Management or related field (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning chemicals, and equipment.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
Proficient in English and Urdu; Pashto is a plus.
