Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects by supporting the project manager and team. This role involves organizing resources, tracking progress, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring tasks are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring all project goals and objectives are met.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and report on progress to stakeholders.
Maintain and update planning sheets, including schedules and status reports.
Coordinate and schedule project meetings, preparing agendas and follow-ups.
Act as a point of contact for project teams, clients, and vendors to ensure clear communication.
Identify and escalate project risks and issues to management as needed.
Support resource allocation and manage project-related logistics.
Foster a collaborative team environment and help ensure adherence to project methodologies and standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
