We are looking for a smart, confident, and expressive Junior Business Development to join our team in the digital marketing and development space. The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken and written English, a sharp presence of mind, and the ability to engage prospects through hyper-personalized communication. This role involves strategic outreach, active client engagement, and supporting the sales funnel through high-quality lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Write hyper-personalized sales copy that resonates with individual prospects and effectively communicates our digital solutions.
Conduct high-volume outreach across multiple platforms (email, LinkedIn, freelance portals, social media, etc.) while maintaining a personal tone and strategic approach.
Engage and nurture leads by responding to queries, sharing relevant information, and encouraging them to book meetings.
Support the preparation of proposals, sales decks, and follow-up emails tailored to specific client needs.
Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align messaging with services and campaigns.
Track all interactions in CRM systems to maintain organized communication records and follow-ups.
Stay informed about digital marketing and web development trends to speak confidently with prospects.
Assist in lead qualification and transfer warm leads to senior business development personnel.

Requirements:

Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Smart, confident, and expressive with strong interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to handle objections and think on your feet during prospect interactions.
Basic understanding of digital marketing services and web development technologies.
Comfortable with high outreach volume and performance-driven targets.
Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach tools, and CRM software is a plus.
