We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to join our team! If you're organized, responsive, and have experience managing social media messaging, we want you to help us engage with potential clients and coordinate consultations.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to Meta (Facebook & Instagram) direct messages.
Answer basic inquiries and guide potential clients through the consultation booking process.
Schedule consultations with our internal consultation team using our calendar tools.
Keep accurate records of client interactions and appointments.
Provide regular updates to the team on scheduled consultations and client interest.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant, customer support agent, or similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram messaging platforms.
Comfortable using scheduling and CRM tools (e.g., Calendly, HubSpot, or similar).
Highly organized and able to manage time effectively in a remote environment.
