Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning Developer

We are developing a next-generation, fully AI-driven CRM platform designed to automate the entire lead lifecycle—from discovery to conversion and business process integration—with minimal human dependency.

This system will leverage advanced AI for lead generation, intelligent content marketing, AI communications (calls, texts, emails), smart lead management, and business workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and build AI/ML components for:

Lead scraping and enrichment from social media using NLP and scraping techniques
AI-driven content generation (text, image, video) for marketing
Voice, chat, and email automation (LLM/NLP-based bots)
Predictive lead classification and adaptive workflows

Develop and fine-tune AI models for:

Intent detection, lead scoring, sentiment analysis
Natural Language Generation for emails, messages, chatbot conversations
Conversational AI for voice bots and chat automation
Design APIs for external integrations and workflow triggers
Implement adaptive learning systems to optimize AI performance based on lead engagement data
Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure modular, scalable AI integration

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Strong Python skills with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face
Experience building production-grade NLP/LLM systems
Proficiency in web scraping and data enrichment (BeautifulSoup, Selenium, Scrapy, etc.)
Familiarity with voice and chat automation tools (Twilio, Dialogflow, Rasa, Whisper, etc.)
Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and automation systems
Ability to optimize ML models for performance, cost, and scalability
Bonus: Experience building AI agents or multi-agent orchestration platforms
