This role requires installing and configuring internet and telecom equipment at customer locations, providing hands-on technical support, and ensuring customers are well-informed about the use and upkeep of their services. Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure internet and telecommunications equipment at customer premises.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently during on-site visits.
- Educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of provided services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all service activities and customer interactions.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) or Technical Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Practical knowledge of networking and telecom systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
- Willingness to travel within Lahore to attend customer visits.
