Customer Services Executives (Part Time)

We are looking for both fresh and experienced International Callers to join our team, providing outbound call services to clients based in the United States. This role is suitable for candidates who are fluent in English and interested in working either full-time or part-time. The position is located in Karachi, with a preference for those residing near Gulshan-e-Iqbal. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US-based clients, representing the company in a professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by clearly communicating and addressing client needs.
- Accurately document calls and client interactions.
- Achieve or surpass daily and weekly call targets and performance goals.
- Work collaboratively with team members and management to enhance call strategies and improve client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English to ensure clear and effective communication with international clients.
