Highfy is one of Pakistan’s fastest-growing beauty eCommerce platforms, collaborating with both international and local brands to market and sell their products online. In less than three years, the company has made a remarkable impact on the beauty industry, attracting over one million beauty enthusiasts to its website each month. To support its continued growth, Highfy is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive who will be instrumental in providing outstanding service and assistance to customers across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with company policies.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and any necessary modifications.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to deliver accurate information.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, and complaints in the CRM system.
- Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements to products, services, and support processes.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers professionally across various channels.
- Strong problem-solving skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Experience with CRM systems and the ability to maintain detailed and accurate records.
- Customer-centric approach with attention to detail and patience.
- Ability to work well within a team environment and contribute collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
This is a full-time, in-person role based in Clifton Block 8, Karachi. The position offers a monthly salary of Rs45,000.
