Climax Software Solutions is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis in Bhadrabad, Karachi. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service while applying strong technical support skills. As an integral part of the team, you will help clients maximize the value of their ERP solutions by offering expert guidance and troubleshooting assistance. Fluency in English and a proactive problem-solving attitude are essential to thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality technical support to clients via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Assist clients with ERP software setup, implementation, configuration, and daily technical challenges.
- Work closely with the development team to escalate bugs, communicate client feedback, and contribute to ongoing product enhancements.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of support cases and resolutions using the JIRA ticketing system.
- Keep up-to-date with product updates and industry trends to continuously improve the customer support experience.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in ERP software support and implementation.
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid technical knowledge of ERP systems.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus.
- Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
